Booklet titled "Continuous Certificate of Discharge" for George A. Moore, who was a crew member on the TITANIC in 1912. This booklet, issued in 1923 by the British Board of Trade that governed merchant marine ships and seamen, is a record of his career at sea, picking up after his previous booklet (item #2020.39.7406) was full. The first page summarizes the Merchant Shipping Act which established rules and protections for seamen. The next page provides Moore's personal information and a physical description. The remaining pages record his many voyages from 1923 to 1930, mostly as a quartermaster by this time.
