Vessel sank in the Providence River near Providence, RI. on Nov. 12, 1905, after a collision with the steamer POWHATAN, and went ashore off Race Rock, Fishers Island, NY, on Feb. 18 1905. She was owned by William F. Green and Son, East Boston, MA. Memorandum regards the settlement of the charges for hauling.
