The steamer ran aground off No Mans Land near Martha's Vineyard, MA, on Feb. 16, 1914. She was owned by C. Fabre and Company. The Scott Company tug was sent out but arrived after the ROMA had been hauled off. Charges were still recorded. Includes a letter, a telegram, newspaper clippings, and a memorandum of charges.
