Abstract

The tug struck a rock near Duck Island, CT, on Jan. 31, 1914; was hit by a scow in the Cape Cod Canal on Jan. 30, 1915; and was damaged in the Black Tom explosion, NJ, Jul 30, 1916. She was owned by the T.A. Scott Company, Inc., New London, CT. Includes correspondence, marine protests, memorandums of charges, and a report of survey.
