The dredge sank at the entrance to Courtney Bay, St. John, New Brunswick, on Dec. 23, 1913, after an anchor picked up by one of her buckets pierced one of her pontoons. She was owned by Norton, Griffith and Company, Ltd., probably of London, England. Includes correspondence, telegrams, a newspaper clipping, diver's report, pencil copy of a blueprint, and a memorandum of services rendered.
