This collection includes plans from the personal collection of Frank J. Jerabek Sr., N.A., (1898-1959) of Stamford, Connecticut. During his career, Mr. Jerabek was employed by Sparkman and Stephens, Inc. and Luders Marine Construction Company. While employed at Sparkman and Stephens, he drafted the preliminary plans for the Blue Jay one-design class. Mr. Jerabek had also worked in design for the Navy during WWII. This collection of plans was donated by his grandson, Mr. Jay Pellegrino, in 1988.
