Next door to the Seaman’s Inne ; Not owned by the Seaport; Greenmanville Ave. next door to Seamen’s Inne. The house was used as an ice cream parlor. Upstairs was rented by Bernie O’Brien & his wife. Prior to that a women’s apparel shop “The Port Hole” occupied the house.
