Pynchon Junior Museum relocated April 22, 1959. Moved from location between Stillman Library & Pugsley Clock Shop on Stillman Lane to temporary location adjacent to picnic pavilion and Honey’s Dock at new entrance - or former exit. Than moved back to street across from general store and Edwards House.; Closed Oct. 1, 1973 for mayor renovation financed by Mr. Russell Chubb of Atlantic, GA.; 1974 renovated and renamed Children’s Museum.
