Mallory Building Annex 1949-1968; Purchased by C.D. Mallory, Sr. for $3,000 January 11, 1941 from John Hreschak; Once used as home of Perrin family driver of Greenman team of horses. Shipyard lumber wagons.; ALSO : Evada Greenman, adopted son of Clark Greenman and Malvina Perrin Greenman; Annex moved to Forbe’s property Hobie Dock area November 1968 by Industrial Engineers. Cost $3,500.
