Abstract The collection contains mostly incoming correspondence from Cuban exporters. There are numerous letters from the Cardenas firms of D. Ruiz Toledo, Smith & Co., and L. Soler & Co., C. Uhrback & Co., and Alfonso & Blanchard. Tow Matanzas firms and one in Sagua La Grande are also well represented.
