Plans produced by W. Starling Burgess from the mid-1920's to the mid-1930's while working in several partnerships. Plans are primarily for sailing yachts, and some one design classes are represented, including M class sloops and 12 meters. Drawings for the America's Cup defenders ENTERPRISE (1930) and RAINBOW (1934) are included.

Mower's original drawings for yachts in power and sail, including sloops, yawls, cat boats, schooners, ketches, cutters, and power launches. Some one design classes are included, as well as vessels published as "How To Build" designs in Rudder magazine.

The collection comprises a wide range of vessel plans, many of which lack attribution to a specific designer but remain valuable as reference materials. Spanning a significant time period, the plans include both commercial vessels and pleasure craft. Notably, the collection also features works by John H. Wells.
