Abstract A first day cover postcard with, on the front, a painting of the TITANIC's lifeboats heading towards the CARPATHIA. Above the ship, it has been autographed by TITANIC survivor Edith Haisman. On the back is a $2 stamp issued by the Bahamas in honor of a centenary of Marconi radio communications, with images of both the TITANIC and the CARPATHIA. Abstract

Postcard with the autograph of Frank J. Goldsmith, who survived the TITANIC sinking at age 9. His family was emigrating from the UK to the US. His mother Emily Goldsmith also survived the sinking, but his father Frank died. On the card, beneath the signature, he has written "3rd Class Survivor." The image is a painting of TITANIC made by artist E.W. Bearman. The card explains that the painting was presented to the TITANIC Enthusiasts of America in 1969.
